01Data controller

The controller of your personal data is the owner of the ilda.pl website, operating under the name ilda (“ilda”, “we”).

02What data we process

• Contact form data: full name, e-mail address and the content of your message.
• E-mail correspondence data, if you write to us directly.
• Technical data needed to protect the form against spam: your IP address (stored on our server only as an encrypted hash) and browser information sent to the Cloudflare Turnstile service.

03Purposes and legal bases

• Replying to your message and preparing an offer — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in handling correspondence).
• Protecting the website and form against spam and abuse — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
• Establishing, exercising or defending legal claims — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

04Spam protection

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, provided by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA), to check that a message is sent by a human. The service processes technical data about your browser and device and your IP address. Data is transferred to the USA on the basis of the European Commission’s decision on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, in which Cloudflare participates. See the privacy policy of Cloudflare for details.

In addition, our server stores a hash of your IP address to limit the number of form submissions. The hash cannot be turned back into an IP address and stops being used after 24 hours.

05Recipients

Your data may be received only by providers that help us run the website and handle correspondence: our hosting provider, our e-mail provider and Cloudflare (spam protection). They act on our behalf. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing purposes.

06How long we keep data

We keep messages for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, if we start working together, for the duration of our cooperation. After that, data may be kept until any potential claims become time-barred.

07Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict its processing and to data portability, as well as the right to object to processing based on our legitimate interest. To exercise them, write to kontakt@ (at) ilda.pl.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).

08Voluntary provision

Providing your data is voluntary, but without your name, e-mail address and message we will not be able to reply. We do not make automated decisions or profile users.

09Cookies

This website does not use analytics or marketing cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile may store data in your browser that is necessary for verification. Fonts are loaded from our own server.

10Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated, for example when the services we use change. The current version is always available on this page.
